Business Centre
Conveniently located in the main hotel lobby and central to all meeting rooms, the Business Centre is equipped with the latest technology in office equipment. In addition to a fax and photocopier, we offer two independent workstations, courier services, colour laser printer, office supplies and knowledgeable staff.

PrintMe services are also available. This service allows guests to print a document from their laptop computer (via internet connection) to the PrintMe printer located in our business centre. Accessible 24 hours a day.

Internet Access
The Sheraton Cavalier Hotel is pleased to offer highspeed Internet access in all guest rooms and meeting rooms. In addition, wireless Internet access is available in all restaurants, waterpark, public spaces and meeting rooms.

Pet Policy
We are pet friendly! Small cats and dogs are allowed with prior notification. Animals must be kept in carrier when guest is not present. Animal must also be in carrier when housekeeping is in the room. Guest will be held accountable if any damage occurs to the room. No deposit required.  Service animals that provide assistance to individuals with disabilities are not pets. They are welcome at the hotel and are not subject to the policies and restrictions that apply to pets or other animals.

ATM (Automated Teller Machine)
There are cash machines located both in the main lobby and Henry's Pub for your convenience. 

Fitness Centre/ WaterparkOasis River Country, Calgary's largest hotel waterpark, is located on the second floor of the hotel and features two giant waterslides, adult pool, kiddie pool, hot tubs, sauna and poolside snack bar.  Furthermore our fitness center is open 24 hours a day for guest convenience.

Parking
Parking is complimentary. Valet service also available. Electric plug-ins are available.

Airport Shuttle
The Calgary Airport Authority now charges a per use access for pick up at the Calgary International Airport. In order to offset these costs, a $5.00 charge will be added to each guestroom for airport shuttle service. There is no charge for the return drop off at the airport.

Melt away the stress of travelling without leaving your room!  A full range of wellness treatments are available, inquire with the guest service centre for a menu of services.  We also have off-site spa and salon recommendations.  Please ask the sales office for details (extension 6300).
